Working closely with my team, I help source developments that fit our exact criteria. I deal with all financial aspects of the business - funding, forecasting and cash flow management. I take the lead role in managing the team and contractors to ensure the successful completion of all developments.
I was previously a landlord and tenant lawyer, co-owned/Directed A Quick Sale building a £15m portfolio of buy-to-lets. I co-founded EweMove Sales and Lettings, and sold it three years later for £15m. I'm a UK Entrepreneur of the Year winner and winner of multiple Times/Sunday Times property business awards.
I started property development in 2012, and have successfully acquired and completed three new build projects, and I’m now working on my fourth.
