properli is a private development company founded and owned by Glenn Ackroyd. He started his career as a landlord and tenant lawyer in 1993. In 2005, he ventured into business as the co-owner/director of A Quick Sale, personally acquiring and redeveloping £15m of buy-to-let properties. In 2013, he co-founded EweMove.com estate agency, growing it to over 100 branches before selling the business in 2016.
Since 2005, we've redeveloped and refurbished over 100 residential units with a GDV of over £15 million. In 2012, we embarked on our first ground-up new build development. This was a single house with a GDV of £115k, sold upon completion.
In 2013, we completed three townhouses in Queensbury, and in 2021, we built three houses in Haworth. We're currently developing in Whitby. The total GDV of new builds/refurbishments exceeds £20 million.
